Code of Conduct

All SYB parents, guardians, and coaches  are  expected to behave in a sportsmanlike manner towards coaches, umpires, players, and other parents. This policy will be in effect before, during and after all practices and games. Coaches will be able to discuss any concerns regarding a child, as long as it is conducted in a civil manner and in private. Any unsportsmanlike behavior such as yelling at or the use of profanity towards coaches, umpires, players, or other parents will not be tolerated. Any violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action at the Executive Board's discretion. Any  violation of this policy will result in possible suspensions as well as monetary fine if the violation results in a ejection by an umpire from Lancaster County Baseball League. 

Any player, manager,  coach, fan who is ejected from a game by an umpire will be penalized $50. and suspend for the next game ( not allowed at game) on the 1st occurrences ( players not fined): penalties increase for additional occurrences: Fines are paid by the organizations of which the person ejected is a member: Organizations can decide weather to reimbursed for the fine from the member who was ejected.
